When my friends, Chris and Katie, found out that their unborn baby had Trisomy 13, it was a devastating blow. But what has happened since then has brought more glory to God then they could have dreamed. They may not have gotten the miracle of healing on this earth that they so desired, but God worked a miracle in their hearts. And then, he gave them the miracle of Hallie. She was born on Monday and she is home with them now. They don’t know how much time they have with her, but they are treasuring every moment.
It struck me tonight the Christmas is a time for angels. I believe that angels are around us regularly, but there is something about Christmas angels. They bring good news. They bring great joy.
